Who We Are

rma.net was established by Denis Nugent in 1998 as a division of Nugent Consultants Limited. In early 2005 it was separated off into its own company - RMA Net Ltd. It is dedicated to providing environmental law information in a purely electronic form.

What We Do

rma-net's primary focus is on providing an on-line source for legal decisions affecting New Zealand's environment.

The secondary focus is on providing useful resources for resource management practitioners. These include free links to New Zealand's local authorities, free access to National Policy Statements issued under the Resource Management Act, and a searchable directory of links to practitioners throughout New Zealand.
